Where can I find a good supplier of fast food restaurant equipment?

Hey, A good friend, and fellow business partner, has asked me to help him identify some good (i.e. inexpensive, yet quality) suppliers or sellers of fast food preparation equipment. We are currently looking to supply a single restaurant, so we will not need an equipment whole seller. This venture, fast food, is a new entrepreneurial endeavor for the both of us, so any help or advice you'd be able to lend is much appreciated. Our list of equipment to buy is as follows: * Oven (for pizza baking and bread for sandwiches) * Food line (a general "assembly line" style table for sandwich preparation, similar to that of Subway sandwiches) * Food preparation tables * Industrial bread maker * Shelving * Bread proofer * Bread racks * Pans * Serving Baskets/plates * Napkins * Forks/knives/spoons (plastic) * Buckets/lids for stored food * Large commercial freezer * Walk-in cooler * Refrigerator (optional) * Industrial slicer * Knives/cutting boards * Pizza roller * Three sink Much Thanks! 1. MY COUSIN OWNS A RESTAURANT IN PHOENIX, AND HE USES A WONDERFUL SUPPLIER OUT OF MEMPHIS, TN. IT IS CALLED LIT'S, AND THEY HAVE TWO LOCATIONS IN MEMPHIS; HOPE THIS HELPS, AND GOOD LUCK !!
2. get most of that stuff at wal mart minus the table and ovens they will be cheapes then what you will find
3. Over 30 years in the Biz I can help but I need to know what geographic area
4. one place that i found to be pretty good is National Restaurant Supply....they have pretty good prices for anything you need.....i know i happen to get many of my supplies from there. hope this helps :)
