Where can I get a custom-made wardrobe (UK)?

My new apartment has a large built-in wardrobe, but I'd like some extra space for my many, many clothes! There is a narrow alcove in the room, probably about 60-70cm wide and deep enough to hang clothing. At the moment it's just wasted space! I've tried IKEA, but all their 'custom' wardobes seem to be only 50cm or over 100cm wide. I'd like to fit a hanging rail and shelving in there and then a frosted glass door to hide it all away. Does anyone know of any companies that will make built-in wardrobes to measure? Thanks! xx Emmie

1. You can find a carpenter or go to Lowe's or home depot or if you have a wood you in your area they do wood products to. I would check a few antique shops or yard sales or flea market to before I paid a carpenter.
2. you could try yellow pages or local paper for a no job to small carpenter and they might do one or if your handy yourself then wicks and b&q sell poles and pole holders which you can use then they sell alsorts of doors you should find somthing thinking about it we brought our metal pole and bragects from our local wilko store as we turn our ariring cupbaored into a hanging rail and shelfing they also sell bracets for shelfs most di stores sell what your looking for
